We believe passionately in the quality of our products. If you are not happy with the product you have purchased, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Please note that Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

Prior to returning your item please obtain a Return Number. (RN). This can be done by emailing customerservice@shantigreen.com or telephoning 604-805-9979 between 9:30m and 5:30pm PST.

To ensure safe delivery, please return the item with an insured courier: Canada Post, UPS or Canpar. Please ensure you retain your receipt for reference. Shanti Green Lifestyles Inc. will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For all returns except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
